As I posted earlier (on message board) I had a problem with my Scent-Lok suit that it had a weird smell that I could not get out. It was there when I bought it but I assumed that was how they were supposed to smell. I contacted Scent-Lok and told them. Frankly, I expected to have some problems getting them to believe me. I didn’t. The great people at Scent-Lok asked me to send my suit back for inspection to see what happened—sounded like for their own knowledge, not to make sure I was honest. They immediately sent another one out a replacement. I tell you, this is one customer-focused company. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their products to everyone on this board. They have a fan for life!
