On the third day of the 07, season I was on an afternoon hunt on a small thicket in Rush N.Y, I was not in my stand for more than 20 minutes when I was surprised by one heck of a racket thrashing through the brush behind me. To my surprise it was a lone buck with a descent rack, this buck was attacking every bush and tree he passed, and did not come into bow range. The buck made a wide half circle and disappeared into thick brush 20 yards in front of me. The buck continued to tear the thicket up, while I was waiting for the buck to reappear I was startled by a second commotion behind me. It was a second buck better (much better) than the first. This buck was acting the same as the first, he was tearing the place up. This buck did not make a wide pass and headed straight towards the first buck which brought him within 8 yards of my stand. I let my arrow fly, the buck went about 40 yards and went down. Thanks to Scent-Lok the big 10 pointer never knew I was there. The buck scored 140 and dressed out over 200 pounds. This was my first year using Scent-Lok and from now on I will never bow hunt without it.
Thank You;
